Position Details:

• Pay: $17.00 to $17.75
• Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening.

• Location: In-person, Moorhead, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of the people we support.
• Assist in meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Facilitate engaging home activities, community outings, and skill-building sessions.
• Advocate for and promote strategies for independent living, including community participation, health and wellness, household management, and adaptive skills.
• Maintain open communication with the individuals we support.
• Record daily documentation, providing clear and accurate descriptions of assistance given during and after direct contact with the individuals we support.
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Care, compassion, and a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to set and maintain personal and professional boundaries.
• Competency in using computers and documenting effectively is required.
• Detail-oriented and good decision making abilities.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a DHS background study.
• Obtain a CPR/First Aid certificate within 45 days of employment.

Preferred Experience in Caregiving (though not mandatory).
