Direct Support Professional

NOW HIRING – WILLOW LAKE GROUP HOME

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team at Willow Lake Group Home!

Our home provides care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who also have more complex medical needs, including individuals who use g-tubes and require mechanical lifts for transfers.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with daily living and personal care
• Supporting individuals with medical and physical needs
• Following individualized care plans
• Assisting with g-tube feedings and related care as trained and directed
• Using mechanical lifts safely for transfers
• Assisting with mobility, feeding, and daily routines
• Providing a safe, clean, and caring environment

We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, attentive to detail, and passionate about helping others.

Experience supporting individuals with g-tubes, mechanical lifts, or other complex medical needs is preferred, but training will be provided.
