Direct Support Professional

WESCO Industries is looking for a caring, dependable, and positive Direct Support Professional to support members in their homes and out in the Carroll community. Day to day, you will help members build everyday skills, grow their independence, and make steady progress toward the goals they have set for themselves.

This is people work in the best sense. You will build real relationships, learn what matters to each member, and be part of a team that shows up for them and for each other.

Schedule

Monday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Tuesday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

This schedule repeats weekly, approximately 17 hours total. Scheduled hours are based on member needs and company needs and may be adjusted as services, schedules, or staffing needs change.
