We're hiring Arabic-speaking Direct Support Professionals to support Arabic-speaking clients and families across the Twin Cities. Paid training, flexible hours.

About Reliance Care

Reliance Care, LLC is a Minnesota DHS-licensed 245D provider based in Fridley. We support adults with disabilities and older adults to live independently in their homes and communities. Care You Can Rely On.

What you'll do

• Support clients with daily living, home skills, community outings, appointments and employment goals
• Follow each person's support plan and document visits in our mobile app (Caretap EVV)
• Communicate with clients and families in Arabic and English
• Report changes or concerns to your supervisor

Requirements

• 18 or older
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
• Caring, dependable, and comfortable using a phone or tablet
• No experience? We'll train you.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
