Market Rate Pay, shift differential pay, time and 1/2 paid to staff that work on holidays. Our DSP provides support to adults living with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking caring and reliable professionals that help our individuals to live their best life.

The ideal candidate is compassionate about working with adults living with a disability, has a high school diploma or GED, related experience, basic computer skills and a current Virginia driver license.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available within 5 different Richmond, VA locations, which includes 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. work schedules.
