Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Immediate Openings- Mo—Fri 2pm-10pm Direct Support Professional (DSP) —
RosePoint Care | Level 6 I/DD Group Home | Santee, CA 92071

$18–$23/hr, based on experience — next-day interviews available

We're hiring 2-3 DSPs right now for our Level 6 adult residential home. This is higher-acuity care work — not a "warm body" job — and we pay and train accordingly.

What you'll actually do:

• Hands-on personal care and daily living support
• Meals, light housekeeping, structured routines
• Medication administration (we'll get you MAT certified if you're not)
• Community outings and social/behavioral support
• Follow each resident's Individual Program Plan (IPP)
• Simple daily documentation — we train you on this

Shifts open:

• Day: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Swing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overnight (awake): 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Must be available at least one weekend day and holidays.

What you need:

• HS diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, clean record
• Able to pass background check, TB test, physical
• Willing to get MAT / CPR / First Aid certified (paid training if you're not already)
• I/DD or behavioral health experience is a plus, not required

What we don't need:

• Job-hoppers who ghost after applying — if that's you, save us both the time
• People who can't commit to their scheduled shifts

If you're serious about direct care work and want a team that actually has your back, apply today.
