We specialize in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) and Day Habilitation – Individual (DHI) services. Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in Day Habilitation (DHI) services. This role focuses on community-based outings and skill building, helping individuals become more independent, access local resources, and connect with their community.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals during community activities such as volunteering, recreation, shopping, and appointments.
• Provide skill-building support in areas such as communication, safety, money management, and daily living.
• Follow each person’s Individualized Support Plan (ISP) and document progress.
• Ensure the health, welfare, and safety of individuals at all times.
• Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and personal growth.
• Provide transportation as needed (mileage reimbursement available).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check, registry checks, and TB screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance (required for community outings).
• Compassion, patience, and dependability.
