YOUR ROLE

As a Direct Support Professional - DSP, you'll become a familiar face clients look forward to seeing and a trusted source of encouragement throughout their journey. You'll spend your time helping individuals develop everyday skills, guiding them through challenges, celebrating victories, and reinforcing positive behaviors that help build confidence. Some days you'll assist a client in mastering a new skill. Other days you'll provide reassurance during difficult moments. Through consistent support, collaboration with care professionals, and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive, you'll help create progress that extends well beyond a single session.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 21+ years of age
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to adapt in challenging situations and work independently
• Higher education in a related field is a plus
