Position Overview

We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Richmond area.

As a DSP, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in accordance with their Individual Service Plan (ISP)
• Support the development of positive habits, behaviors, and life skills
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
• Administer medications as trained and required
• Escort individuals to community activities, appointments, and programs
• Monitor and report behavioral, physical, or emotional changes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each shift
• Ensure a clean, safe, and structured environment

• Direct support: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Required)
