Home Not Alone Caregiver Services, Inc. is a compassionate care agency serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in residential group homes. We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are dedicated, reliable, and ready to make a difference!

⏰ Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday 11PM-7AM
• PRN Shifts.

Direct Support Professional Job Responsibilities

• Provide caregiving support in home and group home settings
• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, and mobility
• Use positive behavior support strategies and effective communication skills
• Complete documentation and follow individualized care plans
• Ensure client safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life

✅ DSP Job Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and a valid PA driver’s license
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
• Pass a physical and TB test
• Prior experience with IDD clients preferred
• Able to complete required trainings on time
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
