We're hiring Hmong-speaking Direct Support Professionals to support Hmong elders, adults and families across the Twin Cities. Help people stay independent at home, in their own language.

About Reliance Care

Reliance Care, LLC is a Minnesota DHS-licensed 245D provider based in Fridley. We support adults with disabilities and older adults to live independently in their homes and communities. Care You Can Rely On.

What you'll do

• Support clients with daily living, home skills, community outings, appointments and employment goals
• Follow each person's support plan and document visits in our mobile app (Caretap EVV)
• Communicate with clients and families in Hmong and English
• Report changes or concerns to your supervisor

Requirements

• 18 or older
• Fluent in Hmong and English
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
• Caring, dependable, and comfortable using a phone or tablet
• No experience? We'll train you.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
