Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Personal Support

We Are Victorious, LLC is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Personal Support to individuals in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support hygiene, grooming, meals, and household tasks
• Assist with community outings, errands, and activities
• Encourage independence and socialization
• Provide safe, respectful, person-centered support
• Complete required service notes and documentation
• Follow client service plans and company/APD requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Level 2 Background Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
• Clearinghouse eligibility is required before providing services
• Local background check
• CPR certification
• Required APD training/certifications
• Valid driver's license or government-issued ID, as applicable
• Reliable transportation when required for the assignment
• Valid auto insurance and vehicle registration when applicable
• Ability to successfully complete all required onboarding documentation

Previous DSP, Personal Support, caregiving, or direct-care experience is a plus!
