Responsibilities

• Offer overnight assistance to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night
• Assist with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
• Support residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and personal hygiene
• Monitor residents’ health status, noting any changes or concerns to report to supervisors promptly
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment during overnight hours
• Maintain cleanliness of living spaces, including tidying up rooms and common areas as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols to respond effectively to incidents or health issues

Requirements

• Minimum High School diploma, DSW, PSW, or related field
• Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or senior care is highly preferred
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care is a strong plus
• Ability to administer medications accurately and responsibly
• Strong caregiving skills combined with a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation as part of daily duties
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support residents effectively
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay: $25.75-$27.00 per hour
