People Now Health Inc

Make a real difference — on a schedule that fits your life
At People Now Health, we support individuals with developmental disabilities, aging needs, and health challenges to live with dignity and independence. Our part-time Direct Support Professionals are essential to that mission, especially in keeping our weekend support strong and consistent for the people who rely on us.
If you have a heart for working with individuals who have special needs and you're looking for meaningful part-time work — a second role, a step into caregiving, or a way to give back a few days a week — this could be the perfect fit. We provide paid orientation and paid training, so you'll be set up to succeed from day one.
What you'll do
You'll build a caring, trusting relationship with the individuals you support and help them through daily life:

Assisting with personal care, hygiene, meals, mobility, and self-care skills

Encouraging independence while keeping everyone safe

Following each person's individualized care and support plan

Providing basic first aid and simple nursing care as trained

Supporting positive behavior and well-being

Observing, recording, and reporting how each person is doing

This role is right for you if

You have a genuine passion for working with individuals who have special needs and you treat people with warmth and respect

You are dependable and can reliably meet your assigned shifts

You are patient, observant, and communicate well

You're comfortable with hands-on caregiving

Schedule expectations — please read before applying
This part-time role is built around weekend coverage plus some weekday shifts. Weekend availability is required — that's the core of this position. Reliable, consistent attendance is essential; the people we serve count on their support being there. Please apply only if your regular availability includes weekends and you are free of conflicting obligations that would keep you from meeting your shifts.
Nice to have (we'll help you get there)
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, autism, or developmental challenges is a plus. Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, Therapeutic Options, and HIPAA training are highly valued — and our paid training can help you earn them.
