We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to support students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a faith-based, inclusive environment in Shillington, PA.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team in empowering individuals with disabilities to lead rewarding and meaningful lives. This role offers a positive team environment with great hours—no evenings, weekends, or nights! We provide a generous benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (note: no use of personal vehicle required), and the physical ability to lift heavy objects or individuals, bend, kneel, run, stoop, and perform other movements as needed. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for documentation, along with the ability to multi-task, show patience and empathy, and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
