WHO ARE WE?

Founded and headquartered in Danielson in 2006, with additional program locations established in Avon and Bethany Connecticut, The Supported Living Group (SLG) provides industry leading non-medical community based and person centered support services throughout the state of Connecticut.

Sunday 7:00am- 3:30pm, 3:30pm- 11:00pm, 11:00pm- 7:00am

Monday and Tuesday- 11:00pm- 7:00am

Saturday- 7:00am- 11:00pm

Hoyer lift/personal care assistance

Male Participant

Monday- 3pm- 11pm- Hoyer life use

Female Participant

Tuesday and Wednesday- 8am- 4:30pm -Transportation to art program in Avon and back.

Thursday- 8am- 4pm

A desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities is a key attribute we seek in our Direct Support Professionals. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Excellent Communication
Problem-Solving and flexibility
A commitment to the health and wellbeing of others
A high school education (or GED)
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration
Must be at least 18 years or older with a personal cell phone
