Available Positions:

We have a variety of roles available, including direct support professionals (DSPs), caregivers, administrative positions, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and social and community engagement.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their routines and social interactions.
• Follow individualized care plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, following health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other caregivers to provide well-rounded support.
• Provide cueing, guidance, supervision, and training to help clients complete self-care tasks.
• Encourage clients in setting and achieving personalized health and wellness goals.
• Implement positive support strategies to enhance clients' overall well-being.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships
• Physical ability to assist clients, including occasional lifting
• A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required
• Active Driver's License and owned car

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
