About the Position

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Carman.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will support adults with intellectual disabilities in their daily lives. This is a rewarding role for someone who is compassionate, patient, dependable, and genuinely interested in making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized support and assistance to adults with intellectual disabilities
• Support individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Encourage independence, dignity, and inclusion
• Build positive and respectful relationships with the people we support
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
• Work collaboratively with other members of the support team

Shift Information

Possible shifts include:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
