Director - AI Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Director - AI Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead AI-driven transformation advisory efforts, helping shape client strategy around how emerging technologies affect talent, rewards, and workforce design. The position combines consulting, analytics, and human capital expertise to translate complex findings into practical recommendations. It will also partner across teams to develop forward-looking solutions and thought leadership that support responsible adoption of AI.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and sell advisory projects focused on AI-driven transformations
• Lead client engagements and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
• Facilitate workshops and discussions on AI and transformation topics
• Apply AI sensitivity analysis to evaluate role changes and productivity outcomes
• Collaborate across teams to integrate AI solutions into client offerings
• Develop thought leadership content on AI's impact on talent and rewards
• Advise clients on responsible AI practices and ensure governance in solution design

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in consulting, people analytics, or HR technology; experience in job architecture or assessment programs is a plus
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or advanced analytics in HR contexts such as skills inference and workforce planning
• Strong proficiency in finance, accounting, and business strategy
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or HR field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
• Advanced skills in program implementation, project management, and data analysis
