Director, Analytics & Reporting

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Analytics & Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will shape the analytics and reporting function that supports enterprise decision-making, executive visibility, and operational performance. The role will oversee the development of scalable reporting solutions and a disciplined analytics cadence that helps business leaders act on reliable insights. The position also requires close partnership across departments to translate complex data into clear recommendations that improve quality, speed, and consistency.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $149,882 – $224,823 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals
• Design and implement analytics solutions for business needs
• Manage and grow an analytics portfolio with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across the organization
• Standardize processes and operational cadence for analytics delivery
• Ensure data integrity and support informed decision-making
• Drive improvements in speed and quality of insights

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and performance
• Proven ability to develop and deliver measurable analytics roadmaps
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with complex analytics and executive reporting
• Skilled in working with extensive data sources and technology partnerships
