Strategic Planning: Fully responsible for the research and development strategy and technical roadmap of the company's raw materials and finished products, promoting the integrated collaborative development of raw materials and finished products.

Raw Materials Development: Lead the development, optimization, scaling-up and commercial production technical support of raw materials, solving key technical problems such as synthesis routes, crystallization purification, and impurity control.

Formulation Development: Be responsible for the formulation screening,

development, scaling-up and technology transfer of formulations, covering oral solid preparations, complex injections, sustained-release and controlled-release preparations, etc., improving the bioavailability and stability of the products.
