Director - Application Development 3

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Application Development 3 to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will focus on guiding client-facing technical solutions and supporting presales efforts for enterprise software engagements. The position partners closely with Sales and architecture teams to assess customer needs, shape proposals, and help drive new business opportunities. It also requires the ability to present complex platform capabilities clearly, build trusted client relationships, and ensure solutions align with business standards.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in core platform modules to clients.
• Assist Sales in qualifying customer needs and conducting pre-demo analysis.
• Assess client needs and gaps in product functionality and build onsite relationships.
• Create proposals with appropriate service components and pricing.
• Evaluate products that might enhance service offerings.
• Lead and document technical solutions during client presentations and workshops.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to ensure compliance with business standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Deep understanding of platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules.
• Technical experience with the platform and presales environments.
• Experience supporting sales teams to secure new business.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
