Job Description Provides specialized expertise in a specific field, working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals.

Generates data‑driven insights to inform business, media, and marketing decisions by analysing audience, market, sales, and campaign performance data. Supports stakeholders such as sales, planning, and account teams by translating complex datasets into actionable insights that demonstrate the effectiveness and value of media channels, campaigns, and marketing strategies.

Researches and analyses audience behaviors, demographics, market conditions, campaign results, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation. Produces insight reports and evaluations to assess campaign effectiveness, forecast performance, and guide strategic decision‑making. Manages and applies analytics tools, systems, and methodologies to convert raw data into clear, relevant recommendations aligned to client and organisational objectives.
