Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction to the organization.
• Develop and implement organizational goals, business plans, policies and growth strategies.
• Oversee the functioning of all major departments and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor overall financial performance, budgets, revenue and cost management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, institutions and clients.
• Lead and support senior management in achieving business and operational targets.
• Review organizational performance through regular MIS, reports and key metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and areas for expansion.
• Ensure effective implementation of policies, processes and compliance requirements.
• Represent the organization in important meetings, events and external engagements.
• Take key strategic and operational decisions in consultation with senior management.
• Develop and maintain a strong organizational culture focused on performance, accountability and growth.
• Oversee recruitment, development and retention of key leadership and functional teams.
• Ensure quality standards across academic, administrative and business operations.
• Report organizational performance and strategic updates to the Board/Promoters/Management.
