Director, Clinical Data Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director Clinical Data Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,980 – $243,544 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Data Management program for a new product through all stages
• Develop data management strategies encompassing study start-up to submission readiness
• Manage execution of data management to ensure high-quality trial data
• Oversee CROs and vendors, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data quality and program priorities
• Identify and resolve data-related issues across studies
• Contribute to critical data management documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data management within pharmaceutical or biotech
• Proven leadership in managing teams and vendors
• In-depth experience in Oncology therapeutic area
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity
