What You'll Do

• Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
• Provide strong operational leadership by overseeing daily assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and best practices
• Drive growth and accountability by building census through active sales leadership, managing the P&L with rigor, and executing with both vision and operational excellence
• Lead, develop, and engage staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
• Manage budgets and utilize financial acumen to optimize operations and support sustainable growth and stability
• Execute strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance resident satisfaction, independence, and overall community success
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and statutes pertaining to assisted living
• Serve as a key liaison with residents, families, staff, and the broader community to maintain a positive image and strong relationships

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of senior living leadership experience (Required)
• Proven success in sales, and occupancy growth within senior living (Required)
• Strong financial acumen: budget management and P&L ownership (Required)
• A college degree (Preferred) and an unwavering commitment to resident-centered care
