What they need
Seeking an Inpatient Director of Pharmacy responsible for implementing departmental policies and overseeing inpatient pharmacy operations.
They will plan and develop new drug distribution and control systems in line with hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or GED and a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy (required); Doctorate preferred
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Texas Registered Pharmacist License in good standing (required); Board Certification (preferred)
This role requires leadership in pharmacy practice, compliance with regulations, and strategic planning to enhance inpatient pharmacy services.
