Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a practical Director - Canada to support the day-to-day operations of Deone Ltd., a Canadian money services business (MSB), from Calgary.

This is a hands-on operational role covering client payment activity, the opening and ongoing management of bank and payment accounts, relationships with banks and payment providers, negotiations with partners, and local administrative matters. The Director will act as a reliable local representative and work closely with the company's international management, operations, compliance, and finance teams.

What You'll Own

Payment and account operations

● Support day-to-day client payment activity and help ensure transactions move through the required operational steps

● Follow up on payment statuses, delays, returns, missing information, and other operational exceptions

● Coordinate payment-related questions with internal operations, compliance, and finance teams

● Support the opening, onboarding, maintenance, and review of corporate bank and payment accounts

● Organize account documentation and respond to routine due-diligence and account-maintenance requests

External representation and partnerships

● Represent Deone Ltd. in day-to-day communications and meetings with banks, payment providers, partners, advisers, and service providers

● Build and maintain practical working relationships with external counterparties

● Participate in negotiations concerning onboarding, services, operating arrangements, and commercial terms

● Coordinate documents, answers, and follow-up actions requested by banks, providers, and partners

● Attend local meetings in Calgary when the company's physical presence is required

Pay: $5,000.00 per month
