Senior Project Manager - ServiceNow

Location: Pune

Years of Experience: 10-15 years

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform, including modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
• Familiarity with other ITSM tools and technologies.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
