Key Responsibilities

1. Borrower Acquisition & Business Development (Zero-to-One)

• Build and scale hybrid online and offline borrower acquisition channels from the ground up.
• Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, distribution networks, payment gateway providers, B2B agents, and other key local partners.
• Drive loan origination and borrower acquisition through direct business development and partnership execution.

2. Institutional Lender Relations & Capital Raising

• Leverage established networks to attract institutional lenders, investment funds, venture capital firms, corporate investors, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
• Establish and maintain a sustainable capital supply pipeline to support business growth.
• Lead investor relations (IR), fundraising initiatives, and strategic discussions with potential funding partners.

3. Market Expansion & Government Relations (GRA)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Indonesia's financial ecosystem, including the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and relevant industry partners.
• Lead local market development and strategic external partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the Group's Shared Services Center (SSC) to ensure effective coordination between front-office operations and back-office functions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of professional experience in financial services, FinTech, consumer finance, lending, or related industries.
• Zero-to-One Mindset: Proven track record of independently building business networks, sales channels, and partnerships from the ground up.
• Investor Network: Strong, established, and immediately accessible networks of institutional investors, investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
• Business Development Expertise: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities, with demonstrated success in developing borrower acquisition channels and strategic B2B/B2C partnerships.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and managing borrower acquisition channels and investor networks within Indonesia's P2P lending, multifinance, banking, or FinTech sectors.
• Established relationships with key financial institutions, investors, and regulatory stakeholders in Indonesia.
