Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead internal audit teams to conduct risk-based audits across various business lines, identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations for remediation.
• Develop and implement effective auditing strategies, methodologies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with new products, services, or processes.
• Provide expert advice on risk management best practices to senior leadership and other departments within the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 12-18 years of experience in internal audit or a related field such as risk advisory or consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting principles, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), and regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel II).
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and developing successful audit plans.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
