Director

The role of the Director Business Excellence is to drive the organization's strategic business initiatives, ensure successful delivery service for our clients, and continually raise the bar of our Business Excellence. An experienced, well-rounded ‘hands-on’ leader, comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization both internally within the organization and with our clients, responsible for managing transactional quality monitoring for businesses spanning multiple clients, sites, or delivery teams.

Mandatory requirement: Experience in Transactional Quality and US Healthcare Payer domain

An ideal candidate will have:

• Around 15 to 18+ years, with approx. 10+ years of BPO experience
• Prior experience in US healthcare Payor domain is necessary.
• Candidates with demonstrated stability in previous roles will be preferred.
• Should have leadership experience in services in the field of Quality/ Operations.
• Exposure to operational excellence and automation is preferred.
• Work experience in MNCs or reputed organizations will be an added advantage.
• Played a “hands-on” role in ensuring projects and corresponding change management are delivered on time and on budget, with compliance, usability, and quality.
• Proven experience in Client Management, including stakeholder engagement.

Minimum education and experience required:

• Master’s in business administration (MBA) or any relevant Post-Graduation will be an advantage.
• Strong experience in US Payer Healthcare operations, transactional quality monitoring, quality management frameworks, process governance, and performance improvement.
• Proven experience in Client Management, including stakeholder engagement, relationship management, governance forums, and continuous improvement initiatives with clients.
• Expertise in business excellence, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, process optimization, and operational excellence, certified Six Sigma Black Belt from reputed institutes/organizations such as ASQ, ISI, GE, Genpact, or similar, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Quality roles across various levels would be desirable.
• ISO 9001 and COPC certification or hands-on experience with these quality frameworks would be desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar Project Management certification would be preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
