Seeking a seasoned Contracts Director with 18+ years of experience in contract and commercial management for major infrastructure, buildings, transportation, or EPC projects. The role will lead contract strategy, negotiations, claims management, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring commercial compliance and project profitability.
