Director - Corporate HR

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a Director Corporate Human Resources to drive an ambitious people agenda through HR programs designed to achieve strategic, business, and operational goals. He / she will be driving recruitment, employee onboarding & engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, office administration & employer brand building activities, summarized below:

• Recruitment : Hiring for business, product & plant functions
• Employee Onboarding : New employees onboarding & mentorship
• Employee Engagement : Driving engagement activities across the year
• Compensation & Benefits : Structuring compensation, benefits & incentives for various functions
• Admin Activities : Driving administration processes at head office & regional offices
• Learning & Development : Developing L&D calendar for employees in various functions
• Business Partner : Driving Business Partner initiatives for demand, supply & projects functions.
• Employer Brand Building : Driving initiatives for building a strong employer image internally & externally
• Digital HR - Leading Digital HR Agenda and Interventions.

Preferred candidate profile :

Our client is looking at a senior corporate professional with strong experience in Manufacturing Industry. An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate with more than 22 years in the companies of repute.
