Director, CRM Insights

For our client, we are seeking a Director, CRM Insights to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead the evolution of the organization’s CRM environment into a more integrated, data-driven platform that supports better insight and automation.

The Director will partner closely with technology teams and stakeholders to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and strengthen the systems that support customer and operational decision-making.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can balance CRM strategy, system integration, and day-to-day operational oversight during a period of transformation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for transforming the CRM into an integrated data solution.
• Champion the vision for automated CRM insights and reduce reliance on manual data entry.
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop data integrations and APIs linking the CRM with broader systems.
• Deploy AI-based tools for reporting automation, data quality improvement, and workflows.
• Manage daily operations of Salesforce.com during the transition, ensuring data integrity and user support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce.com in an admin, developer, or managerial role.
• Proven track record leading data or system migration projects, ideally from manual systems to automated solutions.
• Salesforce.com certifications, such as Administrator or Platform App Builder, are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and coding/scripting skills, such as Python and JavaScript, for automation and integration.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar systems integration frameworks.
