Director, Customer Platform Enablement

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Customer Platform Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead technical discovery and qualification for strategic customer engagements, helping translate complex customer needs into structured technical inputs. The position will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and solutions teams to shape go-to-market readiness and support deployment planning. The focus is on advancing customer success through strong technical enablement, clear positioning, and disciplined cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving AI environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and qualification for strategic customer engagements
• Translate customer requirements into structured technical inputs
• Facilitate workshops, technical reviews, and deployment planning sessions
• Align Sales, Marketing, and solutions teams around customer opportunities
• Drive GTM readiness for platform capabilities and AI services
• Develop technical collateral and capability positioning materials
• Gather inputs needed for opportunity assessment and engineering prioritization

Qualifications

• Strong background in AI infrastructure, AI systems, accelerated computing, or semiconductor platforms
• Experience across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and technical customer engagements
• Strong understanding of AI inference systems, AI services, and deployment infrastructure
• Excellent communication and organizational alignment skills
• Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements independently
