Director - Data Centers, Client Sourcing/Procurement (REMOTE)

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Data Centers, Client Sourcing/Procurement (REMOTE) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead sourcing and procurement efforts supporting data center operations, with a focus on strengthening supplier performance and delivering value for clients. The director will partner closely with internal leadership and matrixed stakeholders to shape strategy, manage risk, and drive compliant execution across a complex portfolio. Success in this position will require both strategic relationship management and the ability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced client environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $170,000 – $215,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead high-performing sourcing teams
• Execute sourcing strategies aligned with leadership and client goals
• Manage supplier relationships to meet performance expectations
• Grow business through strategic partnerships and client interactions
• Achieve financial and compliance results through risk management and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; MBA preferred
• 15-20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven leadership experience with successful teams
• Experience in a matrix client organization
• Willingness to travel 25% within the US
