Director, Data Products & Partner Integrations

Role Overview

FinditParts, the leading heavy-duty parts marketplace, is seeking an entrepreneurial product leader to define, launch, and scale FiP Intelligence —a new line of commercial data products and platform integrations built on our industry-leading aftermarket dataset.

Reporting to the COO and working hand-in-hand with the C-suite, you will act as both strategic owner and hands-on builder. You’ll drive product vision, partner deals, revenue models, and cross-functional execution from 0-to-1, with the mandate to build and scale the team behind it over time.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Lead customer discovery across target segments (fleets, repair shops, OEMs) to uncover high-margin use cases. Build and execute a scalable product roadmap—spanning dashboards, APIs, and embedded tools—backed by robust business cases and executive alignment.
• Monetization & Commercial Design: Partner with Finance to design revenue models (subscriptions, usage-based, data licensing, give-to-get exchange) and set pricing/packaging while safeguarding core marketplace IP.
• Strategic Partner Integrations: Serve as lead product counterpart for platform partners (shop, fleet, and dealer management systems), structuring integrations that drive commerce and data value capture across prioritized partner tiers.
• Go-to-Market & Deal Development: Collaborate with Business Development and Leadership to pitch, negotiate, and close early design partners, building a repeatable sales motion as offerings mature.
• Data Requirements & Architecture: Work across Merchandising, Tech, and Legal to define data quality specs, identify third-party data augmentation needs, and establish data licensing governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/corporate strategy, with 3+ years directly leading and monetizing data, platform, or API products from scratch.
• 5 -7+ years of Leadership experience.
• Designing B2B revenue models, pricing tiers, and structuring data-licensing or partner agreements.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data models, and SQL/Snowflake to partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience aligning C-level executives and leading complex partner conversations.
• Preferred: Background in heavy-duty/automotive aftermarket, marketplace data businesses, top-tier management consulting, or scaling early-stage teams.

The pay range for this position is $150,000-$180,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and skills. In addition, this position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO.
