Director, Delivery Management

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Delivery Management to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will oversee end-to-end delivery for complex cybersecurity initiatives, with a focus on meeting milestones, managing financial outcomes, and coordinating execution across a broad ecosystem of stakeholders. The position will also help shape technology and architecture direction for security programs while strengthening governance, reporting, and team performance. Success in this role will require close partnership with executive leaders, application teams, and delivery partners in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery to meet milestones and financial goals
• Shape technology and architecture strategy for security initiatives
• Establish governance models for effective vulnerability management
• Deliver actionable reporting for various stakeholders
• Coordinate across 70+ application teams and diverse stakeholders
• Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs
• Deep expertise in vulnerability management and infrastructure security
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders in regulated industries
• Experience with AI-assisted delivery and agentic workflows
• Willingness to be on-site in Atlanta, GA and pass a background check
