Team consists of approximately 5-10 members, including both US based and off-shore.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of EDI Integration Engineers/Analysts, including day-to-day direction, workload assignment, and capacity balancing across the case queue
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings, set clear performance expectations, deliver ongoing feedback and formal performance reviews, and support career development and training plans
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members, ensuring rapid ramp-up on platforms, tools, and client requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex EDI file, mapping, and data-exchange issues, driving root-cause analysis and permanent resolution
  • Monitor team service levels, turnaround times, error rates, and quality standards; report on team metrics and productivity to leadership and recommend corrective actions
  • Establish, document, and continuously improve EDI standards, workflows, quality-control checkpoints, and best practices to increase consistency, efficiency, and scalability
  • Partner with Implementation, Client Service, Operations, IT, carriers, and vendors to align resources, resolve cross-functional issues, and support new client onboarding and annual renewal cycles
  • Manage peak-season staffing plans and contingency coverage to ensure uninterrupted delivery during open enrollment and renewal periods
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement consistent with our core values
  • Lead key meetings including status meetings and other meetings during the implementation process with clients, and ensure team members are prepared to lead their own client-facing meetings
  • Manage timelines with other BCOE team members and clients around outbound data requests
  • Manage client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks while escalating whenappropriate
  • Manage project communication and governance by reporting clear, consistent and accurate status reporting on a regular basis for client and internal team leaders and peers, including team-level status roll-ups
  • Export of vendor files as required
  • Research/Resolution Documentation around Payroll /EDI Files as needed
  • Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-pacedatmosphere
  • Other Job Duties as assigned

  • EDI experience in platforms such as bswift or Selerix, strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or people-management capacity, preferably leading a technical or operations team.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain talent, manage performance, and build high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing workload distribution, service level agreements, and quality standards across a team or case queue.

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple team members and clients.
