Director, EHR Adoption, Training, Optimization & Organizational Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Director, EHR Adoption, Training, Optimization & Organizational Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will guide healthcare organizations through large-scale EHR adoption and optimization efforts that improve how teams work across clinical and ambulatory settings. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders to strengthen user engagement, advance workflow adoption, and create sustainable change across the enterprise. This position also helps shape and grow consulting offerings that support healthcare transformation and long-term operational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $309,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead EHR adoption and optimization initiatives for healthcare organizations
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive workflow adoption and user engagement
• Improve EHR proficiency through effective organizational change management
• Develop and implement long-term governance models to sustain organizational performance post-implementation
• Build, scale, and commercialize consulting offerings related to EHR and workforce transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or operations with EHR leadership
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives
• Expertise in at least one major EHR platform such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), or MEDITECH
• Strong understanding of healthcare operational processes across clinical and ambulatory care domains
