Work you'll do

• Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing scalable, robust data platforms and pipelines tailored to diverse client needs.
• Drive programme management with accuracy, precision, but also pragmatic to focus on the topics that really matter
• Manage global delivery team, communicate between onshore stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Manage delivery progress and stakeholder reporting.
• Building internal accelerators, reusable frameworks, and assets to improve delivery speed across the firm.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in client workshops, effectively translating business requirements into practical engineering solutions.

We are looking for someone with

• Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience, with in depth experience inTransformation Project & Technology Delivery
• Successful experience in several complex transformation projects involving multiple countries / business teams / functional topics / technology stacks /business transformation components
• Executive presence to interact credibly with senior client Leaders
• Demonstrate leadership to drive the teams through delivery, pragmatic and hands on approach to help resolve complex issues while focusing on the end outcomes, experience to focus on the critical path and raise and manage upcoming risks upfront
• Experienced in waterfall & agile delivery, experienced in delivering system with complex integration and large data volume ingestion
• Forward looking vision on how AI can help through delivery lifecycle.
