Director, Events

For our client, we are seeking a Director Events to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $168,000 – $210,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the NAM and EMEA pipeline P&L, accountable to a pipeline number
• Lead the ABM operating rhythm across all field marketers
• Define NAM and EMEA territory coverage models and improve team accountability
• Manage the Global Events Manager and ensure strategy alignment
• Represent field marketing in quarterly ICP alignment sessions with sales leaders

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in B2B enterprise field marketing with direct pipeline accountability
• Experience managing a team of five or more direct reports
• Experience partnering directly with AVP-level sales leaders
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools for business solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
