It provides executive leadership with accounting insights to shape organizatnioal strategy and oversees the design of systems, policies, and controls to safeguard financial integrity. The job drives organizatinal performance by integrating accounting practices with business priorities, regulatory expectations, and long-term financial planning. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads, manages, coaches, develops and evaluates direct reports through regular one-on-one and team meetings; sets team goals, conducts performance reviews; makes compensation recommendations for direct reports.
• Establishes the strategic framework for financial accounting policies, controls, and systems across the enterprise.
• Advises executive leadership on accounting, compliance, and financial risk management with impact on strategic decision.
• Oversees external reporting obligations and ensures alignment with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakehodlers.
• Drives transformation initiatives to modernize accounting practices, strenghten governance, and enhance organizatinoal effectiveness. Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, plus extensive experience
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of global accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and compliance practices.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale financial accounting operations and audits.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, governance frameworks, and financial analytics tools
• Enterprise-level financial accounting and governance.
• Strategic leadership and vision setting.
