What they need
Candidate Profile
CA with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong experience across FP&A, Controllership, Consolidation, and Shared Services / Finance Operations.
Prior experience in Financial Services, Ratings, Analytics, Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets, or related sectors preferred.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple finance workstreams.
Experience in multinational, matrix, or large-scale finance organizations would be advantageous.
