Director Finance / FP&A

Director, FP&A – GTM Finance Location: Greater Boston, MA | Hybrid

Compensation: $165K–$185K + strong Bonus + Equity

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a growing SaaS / software organization on a highly visible Director, FP&A opportunity. This role will report directly to the VP of FP&A and work closely with the CFO and senior commercial leadership.

The Director will lead GTM Finance, with a focus on topline revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic partnership across Sales and Marketing. This individual will also manage a team of two and play an important role in providing financial insight to support the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A support for the company’s go-to-market organization, with a focus on Sales and Marketing
• Own topline revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance analysis
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership
• Develop financial analyses and insights to support business planning and decision-making
• Analyze revenue performance, trends, variances, and key business drivers
• Partner closely with the VP of FP&A, CFO, and other senior leaders
• Support recurring forecasts, annual planning, and long-range financial planning
• Help improve financial reporting, forecasting processes, and visibility into business performance
• Manage and develop a team of two
• Support additional strategic FP&A initiatives as the organization continues to grow

Qualifications

• Progressive FP&A / Corporate Finance experience
• SaaS or software industry experience required
• Strong experience supporting GTM, Sales and/or Marketing organizations
• Demonstrated experience with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Ability to translate financial and operating data into actionable business insights
• Strong business partnering and executive communication skills
• Experience working directly with senior leadership
• Prior team management experience
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
