Director - Finance (Shared Services)

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Governance: Oversee financial controls, risk management, regulatory compliance, budgeting/forecasting, and audit standards.
• Shared Services Leadership: Design, scale, and optimize end-to-end global finance operations (R2R, P2P, Payroll, Inventory).
• Process Transformation: Lead process migrations (KT), implement robust SLAs/governance, and drive automation/continuous improvement.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with global CFO/VP Finance leadership and direct strategic workforce planning to support long-term capacity.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of total finance leadership experience.
• 5+ years specifically managing a large-scale Finance Shared Services / GCC / GBS center.
• Deep knowledge of global accounting standards, financial control frameworks, and process transition models.
• Proven track record in large-team leadership, talent development, and digital process optimization.
