Director FP&A

For our client, we are seeking a Director FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will own core planning and reporting processes that support sound business decisions across the organization. The role will partner closely with business leaders and shared services teams to improve data accuracy, strengthen forecast quality, and provide clear visibility into financial performance. You will also lead a team of analysts and help shape executive-ready materials for senior leadership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $137,500 – $182,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual operating plan process
• Manage the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and internal financial reporting
• Contribute to management and board-level reporting packages and presentations
• Conduct monthly variance reviews and analyses
• Develop and maintain financial models to identify trends and predict future results
• Collaborate with departments to provide financial analysis support
• Lead a team of analysts with varying experience levels
• Partner with internal shared services to validate data and improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and planning
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing FP&A professionals
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in financial modeling and influencing decision-making
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented, inquisitive, and a self-starter who enjoys problem-solving
