A fast‑growing global industrial organisation is expanding rapidly across international markets and is seeking a Director, Global Compensation & Benefits to build and shape its global rewards strategy from the ground up.

Partnering closely with senior leadership, HR, and Finance to design competitive, scalable, and future‑ready reward programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement global compensation frameworks for international markets.
• Lead executive compensation, long‑term incentives, and short‑term incentive design
• Develop global job architecture, grading, and benchmarking aligned to top‑tier global standards
• Partner closely with C‑suite, HR leadership, and Finance on reward strategy and governance
• Act as the global subject‑matter expert for compensation, supporting international expansion and talent strategy
• Ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance across regions

Key Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, with strong global exposure
• Mandatory fluency in Mandarin/Chinese and English
• Background from leading consulting firms such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, or Pearl Meyer strongly preferred
• Experience supporting multinational organisations and senior stakeholders
• Commercial, sharp, upbeat, and confident operating at executive level
• Exposure to heavy industry, manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors is highly desirable
