Director, Global Labeling

For our client, we are seeking a Director Global Labeling to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $188,900 – $247,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to create and update various labeling documents including CCDS, USPI, and SmPCs
• Act as the key liaison for labeling processes between co-promotion partners and internal the company teams
• Establish and uphold labeling processes and standards across all products
• Maintain a centralized electronic repository for all global labels
• Manage development, review, and approval workflows for labeling documentation
• Provide labeling support for packaging engineering and ensure compliance with artwork specifications
• Ensure consistent labeling across products and compliance with regulatory directives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; higher degree preferred
• Over 10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, R&D, or related fields
• Pharmaceutical industry experience mandatory
• Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory labeling practices
• Proficient knowledge of drug development processes
• Strong project management and strategic thinking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
